Legal Assistant

She supports the Employment Law, Intellectual Property, and Immigration Law teams, ensuring the efficient organisation and day-to-day administrative management of ongoing matters. She liaises with courts, public authorities, and other institutions, ensuring the timely completion of administrative activities.

She is responsible for monitoring and recording procedural deadlines, including hearing dates, deadlines for filing appeals, and limitation periods. She compiles and prepares procedural documents, reviewing them for linguistic, grammatical, and editorial accuracy while ensuring their professional presentation.

She maintains and organises court case files, oversees the proper circulation of documents, and ensures the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence.

She also supports the Office Manager of the Firm’s Warsaw office in the day-to-day organisation of office operations, coordination of administrative matters, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. In addition, she assists with organising meetings, preparing documentation, and carrying out ongoing administrative tasks, contributing to the efficient operation of the office.

She graduated in Tourism and Hospitality from the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts.
