Wojciech Czekaj

An advocate with 9 years of experience in the area of civil law and in particular contract and real estate law. 

He has extensive experience in the conclusion, negotiation and execution of commercial contracts, including financing agreements, construction contracts, retail and office leases and development agreements. He represents clients in litigation, including commercial litigation. He advises clients on pre-litigation activities, such as, for example, settlement negotiations. 

He drafts agreements and conducts negotiations in M&A transactions. He is a member of the due diligence team for the Firm’s capital transactions. He is actively involved in investment and real estate transactions, including bonds and their collateral. He also has extensive experience in medical law matters, with a particular focus on the registration of medical devices and medicinal products and the representation of medical entities.

In 2014, he graduated with a law degree from the Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw. He holds an international certificate in legal English from TOLES Legal. He completed his advocate training at the Warsaw Bar Association and entered to the list of advocates at the Bar.
