The transaction represents a significant strengthening of Alides’ investment portfolio in one of Warsaw’s fastest-growing areas. The newly acquired land directly adjoins other Alides properties at 72 Jana Kazimierza Street, creating a unique synergy and enabling the development of a cohesive project with a planned total area of 3,100 m², intended for residential and commercial use.
