We Advised Alides Polska on the Acquisition of a Property in Warsaw’s Żoliborz District for a New Residential Development

We are pleased to announce that we advised Alides Polska on the transaction under which the Polish subsidiary of the Belgian real estate investor and developer Alides secured the acquisition of a property located in Warsaw’s Żoliborz district for the development of a new project with a planned gross usable area of approximately 10,500 sq m.
