We are pleased to announce that we have advised Alides Polska on the acquisition of the property at Jana Kazimierza Street. This is another Alides property in Poland expanding the client’s residential property portfolio. The transaction took place on 9 May 2024.
Transaction details
Alides Polska has acquired a property of over 4,100 sqm. The purchased property is located in a prime location on Jana Kazimierza Street in the Wola district of Warsaw. This is another step in the implementation of the family group’s growth strategy, which focuses on acquiring strategic locations with long-term potential, in the centre of Belgium, Poland and Luxembourg. The site is earmarked for residential development. It is one of the last available plots of this type in the area. The developer plans to build a multi-family residential building on the site, complemented by commercial units.
