We are pleased to announce that Sadkowski i Wspólnicy law firm advised the Sadkowski Capital and Financial Group on the acquisition of the commercial-residential building complex Aleja Rzeczypospolitej, located in Warsaw’s Wilanów district, with a total usable area of 4,782 m². Our advisory services included a comprehensive legal audit (due diligence), representation of the Buyer in negotiating the sale agreement, as well as support in the proceedings related to obtaining transaction financing. The project team included:
