We advised our client from the real estate sector on the acquisition of a property located on the Vistula Spit. The transaction involved a unique property covering almost 2 hectares on the polish coast. The existing hotel buildings on the property will undergo comprehensive revitalisation, incorporating the highest standards of nature conservation and local landscape preservation.
