The law firm Sadkowski i Wspólnicy has successfully completed the process of advising on a private debt financing transaction for part of the purchase price of a property located in Warsaw at the junction of Grzybowska and Żelazna Streets by a company from the Resi Capital S.A group.

Transaction details

The financing obtained was intended to partially finance the acquisition of a property in a prestigious location in the very centre of Warsaw – at the intersection of Grzybowska and Żelazna streets – by an entity from the Resi Capital S.A. group. The structure of the financing transaction included syndicated financing combining financing in the form of loans and financing in the form of non-public bonds. The structure of the transaction also provided for a number of collaterals for individual financiers with the definition of appropriate rules for the management of the collateral objects respecting the interests of all parties to the transaction.

Our advisory and transactional team

The services provided by the Sadkowski and Partners included a legal audit of the real estate, as well as an audit of the other collateral objects. The Sadkowski and Partners, together with the legal advisors of the Resi Capital S.A. group and the Juzala Salwa Law Firm, representing some of the financing entities, prepared comprehensive legal documentation of the financing and collateral.

The transaction team consisted of Wojciech Czekaj – Advocate and team leader, Jacek Ziembiński – Advocate, Patrycja Wieczorek – Attorney-at-law, Jakub Augustyn – Trainee Advocate , Dominika Kaczmarek – Trainee Attorney-at-law, Barbara Hornowska – Trainee Attorney-at-law and Adrian Kaczmarzyk – Trainee Advocate.
