Closing of one of the most significant M&A transactions on the market – we advised on the sale of a stake in Katowice Airport (GTL)

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a nearly year-long sell-side M&A process involving the sale of a 42% stake in Górnośląskie Towarzystwo Lotnicze (GTL), the company managing Katowice Airport. The stake was acquired by the Silesian Voivodeship and the City of Katowice.
