We advised the Founder of Spectrum Group on the sale of a majority stake to Blue Gravity Capital.

The Blue Gravity Capital fund acquired a majority stake in Spectrum Group, one of the largest manufacturers of 3D printing filaments, developing innovative solutions for the additive manufacturing (AM) sector and 3D printing technologies.

Sadkowski and Partners provided comprehensive legal advisory services to the Founder and owner of Spectrum Group – Michał Żołądek – as well as to the Company at all stages of the transaction process. Our support included ongoing legal advice, preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation, and coordination of the process leading to the successful closing of the transaction.

The completion of Blue Gravity Capital’s investment represents an important milestone in the continued development of Spectrum Group and opens up new opportunities for growth and international expansion. At the same time, the transaction confirms the sustained interest of investors in the modern industrial technologies and advanced manufacturing sector.
