We participated in the 18th Fund Forum in Kazimierz Dolny

Yesterday concluded the event titled ‘XVIII Funds Forum: In Transformation’, organised by the The Polish Chamber of Fund and Asset Management (IZFiA). Experts from our Capital Market Law Department participated in the Conference:

• Katarzyna Majer-Gębska – Managing Counsel, Attorney-at-law,
• Mikołaj Górny – Lawyer;
• Kamil Ciupka – Specialist.

Topics Discussed

The event featured a speech by the Minister of Finance. The forum included numerous debates and presentations where financial market specialists discussed topics such as:

• The transformation of the Polish TFI market,
• Changes in the global economy,
• The role of institutional investors in building a mature capital market,
• New horizons in asset management,
• Advanced technologies in the fund market,
• The impact of ESG on Europe’s competitiveness,
• The use of AI in asset management.

Summary

We thank IZFiA for the opportunity to participate in this highly inspiring event. The forum provided an excellent opportunity for reflection and discussion on key changes in the financial industry. It also allowed networking with capital market law practitioners from across Poland.
