Scope of Consulting
Our team provided comprehensive legal consulting related to the preparation and coordination of the registration process for the branch in Warsaw. The team serving BOPRO included Mariusz Kowolik – Attorney-at-law and Partner at the firm, and Rafał Małolepszy – Managing Counsel and Attorney-in-law in the Commercial Law Department.
