We supported the Alides Group in the acquisition of a property in Warsaw

Alides Polska is a subsidiary of the Belgian real estate and investment development company specializing in office and residential properties. The transaction, in which the team at Sadkowski i Wspólnicy advised the company, concerns a 3,338 sqm plot of land in Wola, located at 7A Studzienna Street. The acquired property is now the company’s fourth investment in the Warsaw market!

Our transactional team provided comprehensive legal advisory services related to the property acquisition.
