We supported the Crowd Real Estate project – Kraków, Wodna Street

The team of Sadkowski and Partners had the pleasure of advising on the Crowd Real Estate and Cavare S.A. with Cavatina Group project, related to the refinancing of the acquisition of the perpetual usufruct right to a plot of land with an area of approx. 8,896 m² located on Wodna Street in Kraków.

On the site, previously occupied by a former car showroom and service center, the construction of a residential building with an underground garage, internal roads, parking spaces, and the necessary technical infrastructure is planned.

The crowdfunding offering reached a value of PLN 15,000,000.

The multidisciplinary team of lawyers advising on this transaction was led by Mariusz Kowolik – Partner, Attorney-at-Law in the Real Estate Law Team.
