On 23 May 2024, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority unanimously granted our client Crowd Real Estate SA, headquartered in Warsaw, an authorisation to operate as a crowdfunding service provider for the loan facilitation service referred to in Article 2 ust. 1 lit. a pkt (i) of Regulation 2020/1503.

The success is even greater as Crowd Real Estate SA is the 2nd entity in Poland to obtain such approval!

Crowdfunding services for economic purposes consist of matching investors with project owners, using an IT system (crowdfunding platform).
